It is one
of the most beautiful compensations of life,
that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself Ralph Waldo Emerson
The AMPPR board is excited to present this program, both for coaches who are able to help announcers learn to get better at what they do and for announcers who need help getting there. AMPPR understands the problems, limitations, and frustrations that many of our music radio announcers face in the industry. We realize that improvement can and must begin with each individual, and we believe that this vision can best be delivered--by practitioners, for practitioners. We have assembled a network of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are volunteering their time and expertise to work one-on-one with music announcers who desire and deserve guidance in their quest for improvement in their craft. If you feel you are a good music announcer and would like to help coach up-and-coming announcers, or if you are a music announcer who could use some help becoming a true professional in your field, please contact a coach on the list below.
