Cancellations received by February 5 will be refunded, less a $65 service fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date, but paid no-shows will receive all registration materials. Substitutions will be accepted at any time, preferably with advance notice.

Materials to be placed in tote bags must be mailed or delivered for arrival between February 6-13, 2000, to the DoubleTree Hotel, 300 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130, Attn: Betty Weaver. All packages must be marked in large, boldly colored letters “TOTE BAGS” for identification.

Mahler’s Last Masterpiece (Sym. No. 9)
Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20

At registration on Wednesday, February 16, please place your business card in the bowl to win a pair of tickets to Thursday night’s performance of Mahler’s Symphony No. 9 and pianist Angela Cheng performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 20, the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Klauspeter Seibel (a $38-per-ticket prize).

The concert will begin at 7:30 at the Orpheum Theatre. The winner will be announced on Thursday morning during AMPPR President Beverley Ervine’s opening comments.

All conference attendees may purchase tickets at 15% off the regular ticket price (not valid for the Dress Circle). You must mention AMPPR to receive the discount. Contact the LPO Box Office, 305 Baronne Street, Suite 600, phone 504-523-6530 or fax 504-595-8468.
