to be placed in tote bags must
be mailed or delivered for arrival between February 5-12, 2001, to the
Tucson Marriott University Park Hotel, 880 E. Second Street, Tucson, AZ
85719, Attn: Business Center/Betty Weaver/Association of Music Personnel
in Public Radio/Feb. 12-17. Any shipments received earlier than Feb. 5
will incur a fee of $3 per day, per box. All packages must be marked in
large, boldly colored letters “TOTE BAGS” for identification.
Exhibitor
materials must
be shipped to a different address because of limited storage space. Detailed
information will be provided in the exhibitor’s confirmation letter. |
