These rates will be available three days before and three days after the conference, subject to availability. The request must be made at the time of reservation.

Reservation Procedure:

Individual attendees are responsible for reserving their own accommodations. Reservations can be made through the Hyatt Hotel’s reservation department directly at 912-238-1234. Please give the meeting name MUSIC PERSONNEL CONFERENCE at the time of the call to qualify for the special conference hotel rates. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Any reservations received after Monday, January 21, 2002, will be accepted on a space-availability basis at the group rate. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

Accommodations: 

Rooms are furnished with TV with remote control, cable movie channels, in-room pay movies; voice mail, telephone w/message light, computer hookup; video messages, video account review, video check-out; individual climate control; electronic door locks; iron, ironing boards; AM/FM alarm clock; hairdryer. All riverside rooms have a light to indicate when a ship is passing.

Guest Services:

Business Center, concierge, assistive devices for persons with disabilities, gift shop, room service 6 a.m. to 12 midnight, valet service, covered parking, multilingual staff, ATM machines. The Hyatt offers
secured valet parking at $13 per day, which provides in and out privileges 24 hours a day for hotel guests. The City of Savannah vigorously enforces parking regulations.
