Cancellations received by February 13, 2005, will be refunded, less a $75
service fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February
13, but paid no-shows will receive all registration materials. Substitutions
are permitted with advance notice.

conference materials, daily continental breakfasts, lunches, Closing Banquet,
and welcome tote bag.
**Exhibit
fee includes 1 reserved skirted 6’x30” table with chair in Marketplace,
1 item stuffed in 200 tote bags, admission to all sessions, conference
materials, daily continental breakfasts, lunches, Closing Banquet, and
welcome tote bag.
