MPC 38 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

During the next four months, AMPPR will be finalizing its agenda for the upcoming Music Personnel Conference which will be held in the jazz/blues center of New Orleans, February 16-20, 2000. We don't want you to be singing the blues for missing out on the opportunity to connect with public and commercial radio personnel who program and promote your artists/recordings/programs on the air. So don't delay! Now is the time to plan your event. We will be mailing registration materials in November, and we want to be able to promote and to acknowledge your participation and to include the biographies of all performing artists in that issue.

Here are some established ways in which you and your company can have a special presence at the conference, with or without an artist/ensemble to perform:

      • by sponsoring a breakfast or a lunch
      • by sponsoring the opening reception
      • by sponsoring the closing banquet
      • by sponsoring a cocktail reception
      • by sponsoring a meeting break
      • by reserving an exhibit space in our Marketplace
      • or a combination of the above

Each of our available slots are filled on a first come, first served basis. So reserve early for the best choices. tions, contact Beverley Ervine, AMPPR President, at 614-292-9678, or send e-mail to ervine.1@osu.edu
